Setting Company Defaults

Cloud Settings allow you to define the default folder structure for Properties and Projects. These folders are automatically created when a new property or project is added.

How It Works

  • Property Cloud
    ​
    Folders are created at the property level when a new property is added

  • Project Cloud
    ​
    Folders are created inside each project when a new project is created

This ensures every property and project follows a consistent file organization structure.

How to Configure Folder Templates

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Open the Cloud Settings tab

  3. Choose which structure to configure:

    • Property Cloud

    • Project Cloud

  4. Add, rename, or reorder folders

Click Save Configuration
