Property share links provide access to files stored in the property’s Cloud.
Project share links allow you to share project details, progress, and selected files.
Property Share Links (Cloud)
To create a shareable link for property files:
Open the Cloud tab inside a property
Click the options menu (•••)
Select Share
Choose what to share:
Entire cloud
Specific folders
Custom selection
Upload-only access
Generate and copy the link
You can send this link to external users to give them access to files.
Project Share Links
To create a shareable link for a project:
Open a Project
Click Share Project
Click Create share link
Choose what to share:
Project details
Files (Cloud)
Set permissions and visibility (tabs, uploads, notes, etc.)
Generate and copy the link
Project links allow you to share a broader view of the job, including progress and selected information.
Drodat allows you to create shareable links for both property files (Cloud) and projects.
