To create a share link:
Click Share Project
Click Create share link
Choose what to share:
Project → share project details
Cloud → share files
If sharing files, you can choose:
Everything → all files and folders
Specific folders
Custom selection
Upload only → recipients can upload files only
When sharing a project, you can:
Select which tabs are visible (Info, Contacts, Tasks, Notes, etc.)
Set permissions (file uploads, visitor notes)
Add an optional description and expiration
This allows you to securely share only the information you want with clients or external parties.
