To download an inspection report:
Open a Property
Go to the Inspections tab
Select an inspection
Click the Download icon
Before downloading, you can customize the report:
Click the Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner
Configure report options such as:
Cover page (title, subtitle, style)
Brand color
Photo layout (number of photos per row)
Page size (A4 or Letter)
Content options (timestamps, voice transcriptions, footer text)
Your organization’s logo and default brand color are automatically applied from Settings → Organization.
