Sending and Managing Contracts

Learn how to capture and manage claim details quickly and accurately.

To send a contract:

  1. Open a property

  2. Go to the Contracts section

  3. Click + Add Contract

  4. Select a contract template

  5. (Optional) select an intake form

  6. Choose the signers

  7. Select the contract sender

  8. Review and send it to the client

You can track contract status such as:

  • Sent

  • Viewed

  • Signed

You can also resend or follow up with clients who have not yet signed, or upload externally signed contracts.

It is recommended to complete an intake before sending a contract, as it allows client and claim information to autofill and reduces manual entry.
