Submitting and Managing Intakes

Learn how to capture and manage claim details quickly and accurately.

To create an intake:

  1. Go to the Intakes section from the left-hand menu or open a property

  2. Click New Intake

  3. Fill out the required claim and client information

  4. Submit the intake

After submission, you can:

  • View intake details

  • Edit information if needed

  • Track its status

  • Review the intake either within a property or from the left-hand Intakes section

Intakes can be created either from the left-hand menu or within a property, depending on your workflow.
