Managing Project View, Filters, and Pipelines

Learn how to organize and track projects using views, filters, and workflow pipelines.

You can:

  • Use the search bar to quickly find projects

  • Apply filters (team roles, state, damage type, etc.)

  • Export projects to a CSV spreadsheet

  • Customize how project cards are displayed

You can also:

  • Switch between different pipelines

  • Create or edit pipelines to match your workflow

Within pipelines, you can:

  • Define stages (e.g., Claim Originated, Estimate, Negotiation)

  • Assign team roles to tasks

  • Automatically move projects to the next stage

Each stage can include automation:

  • Tasks β†’ automatically created when a project enters a stage

  • Alert rules β†’ notify users based on timing or stage changes

For example:

  • Create tasks when a project enters a stage

  • Send alerts after a project has been in a stage for a set number of days

This helps standardize workflows and automate project management across your team.
